Welcome to the Arizona ASFMRA Chapter!
The Arizona Chapter empowers rural property professionals by providing education and promoting ethical and professional standards. The Chapter promotes the professions of farm management, agricultural consulting, and rural appraisal by holding meetings for the exchange of ideas, conducting education, and holding its members to a Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice.
The Chapter holds one meeting annually, typically in February and focuses on providing robust continuing education opportunities. The Chapter also hosts an annual conference, the Spring Ag Forum with coincides with the annual meeting. The conference includes speakers on real estate and production agricultural, relating to the local markets as well as an afternoon session focused on land values and land lease values.
ASFMRA truly represents The Most Trusted Rural Property Professionals and is the organization for individuals who provide management, consultation, and valuation services, as well as real estate services on rural and agricultural assets. The land experts who hold membership in ASFMRA work under a professional code of ethics, which includes continuing education requirements.
